About Us

The Fairways Condominiums is a community of 72 condominium units located at the Silverado Resort nestled next to the 5th and 6th holes of the famous North Course, home to the Safeway Open PGA golf event.  Many homes are used as 2nd homes, but there are also many condo owners that call this place their fulltime home, in addition to a handful of long term renters.  The homeowners association board and manager are tasked with the day to day upkeep of the common areas, grounds and building exteriors, along with long range planning for the community.  We strive for a harmonious atmosphere that all owners, their families and guests can enjoy.  

 

Our facilities provide a newly renovated pool area, walking paths and access to the adjacent golf course.  Many condo owners also have a membership to the Silverado County Club which include golf, tennis and use of the Resort's pool and spa facilities.
